The Bahrain Superbike Championship (BSBK) is a novel add-on to the Bahrain International Circuit family. It is a first-of-its-kind rider’s championship held in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The major attraction is that the riders compete in identical Ducati 899 Panigale sports bikes.
The championship follows a definite pattern and practice of drive format which gives the riders an opportunity to lease the bikes for the entire campaign. The race focuses of sharpening of racing skill-sets of the riders.

Mishal Al Neaimi crested an historic first season in the Bahrain Superbike Championship with a vividly impressive double in the sixth and final round.
The results aided the experienced Qatari rider to come away with a clean sweep of the campaign’s 12 races. The champion ship was held along a 2.55-kilometre Inner Track.
Al Neaimi was in a class of his own all season long in the BSBK, in which all participants were competing on Ducati 899 Panigale.
Mr. Mishal captured pole position with a fastest lap of one minute 07.745, which was nearly two seconds quicker than his closest competitor.
